Wonders of the Cosmos (Mahoney Gallery)

Herold Mahoney Library Gallery

The Robert Ferguson Observatory and the Sonoma County Astronomical Society have partnered to present photos and information gathered by their organizations illuminating the wonders of the cosmos and the astronomical possibilities in Sonoma County. Jill Quigley, a current Santa Rosa Junior College student and member of both the RFO and the Sonoma County Astronomical Society, has worked with both organizations to gather a wide range of imagery, such as deep space photos of galaxies and pictures of eclipses. A telescope, astronomical data, star charts, astronomy tools, sun dials and meteorites will also be on display.
