Doyle Library
Study rooms are available for SRJC students and are located on floors 2-4 of Doyle Library.
Drop-In Study Rooms (3rd floor) are available first-come, first-serve for groups of students or individual students, with no priority preference for either groups or individuals.
Reservable Study Rooms (2nd and 4th floors) can be reserved by groups of two or more students. If there is no active reservation for a particular room, the room functions as a Drop-In Study Room until the next active reservation.
Mahoney Library
Mahoney Library has eight Study Rooms available for SRJC students.
Drop-In Study Rooms are available first-come, first-serve for groups of students or individual students, with no priority preference for either groups or individuals.
Reservable Study Rooms can be reserved by groups of two or more students. If there is no active reservation for a particular room, the room functions as a Drop-In Study Room until the next active reservation.
Reservation Policies
Reservable rooms are for the use of two or more SRJC students.
Reservations for blocks of up to three hours hours/day can be made per group. (A block consists of the total number of half hour increments selected upon reservation.)
At least 2 of your group members must arrive in the first 15 minutes of the initial reservation or the entire block is forfeited. After your block is forfeited the room reverts to a first-come, first-served basis, until another group’s reservation block.
If there is no active reservation for a particular room, the room functions as a Drop-In Study Room until the next active reservation.
